Set up a coaching institute

A coaching workspace gives your institute its own batches, learners, and assigned work.

Create an institute

1. On first sign-in, choose Run a coaching institute. Later, open the workspace switcher and choose Create coaching workspace.
2. Enter an institute name and a first batch name. The app creates a separate Free workspace and opens that batch's page.
3. Use Batches to open the first batch, add learners, and manage its roster. Use All batches to create another batch.
4. Open Homework or Exams under Batches to create and review assigned work. For a quiz, open Quizzes, publish it, then choose Assign to send it to a batch. Use the quiz's History for session results.

Know the current limits

A batch currently has a name and roster; there is no date or coaching subject-group field. Work stays in the institute workspace where you create it.

Open Billing in that workspace to see its plan and limits. On Free, an institute has 2 batches with 2 learners each and a single teacher. Compare all plan limits.
